Who is this kid (he's 24) out of South Carolina?
He's a state representative of South Carolina. He was on Hardball tonight with Chris Matthews and as my grandfather would say, my soul!
Watch for this kid's star to rise. He will not even be eligible to run for president for 11 years, but when he is, watch out! He gave me chills.
